Who am I?
As an accredited EPC expert since 2011, I have issued several thousand certificates and followed the evolution of energy regulations from their inception.
The loyalty of my clients and their positive reviews are a testament to my commitment: providing a rigorous, personalized, and trustworthy service.
Personalized service, from A to Z
My strength? Personalized service, comprehensive support, and a single point of contact from start to finish. I personally handle every file—from scheduling appointments to answering your questions after the EPB certificate has been issued—with no intermediaries involved. This approach allows me to ensure rigorous follow-up, remain easily accessible, and provide quick, precise answers to your questions.
Rigor, for a better EPC
Drawing on my thorough knowledge of the EPC protocol and my practical field experience, I conduct a rigorous analysis of each property to provide you with reliable information and to best highlight its energy-related features, all in full compliance with current regulations.
Overall view of the building
With 10 years of experience at Embuild Brussels as a sustainable construction consultant, I also offer my technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the building sector to support your projects.

at your service
As a French-English bilingual who lived and studied in England for six years—and with an excellent command of Dutch—I can conduct property viewings and provide full end-to-end management of your files in French, English, or Dutch.
Personalized support built on trust
Beyond the certificate itself, I prioritize quality of service, availability, and a relationship built on trust. You benefit from professional, personalized support, with a dedicated point of contact who is familiar with your file and remains attentive to your needs at every stage.
